Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs and formulate evidence-based, individualized treatment plans that align with best practices.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 100,000 and 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
