• Develop and implement integrated care plans that ensure clients have access to required services and encourage active communication among involved parties.

• Offer a spectrum of brief preventative, treatment, and supportive recovery services tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients.

• Support crisis intervention efforts, providing timely and appropriate interventions based on client needs.
\n
• Manage a defined caseload that includes comprehensive assessments and various therapeutic modalities such as individual, group, and family therapy.

• Monitor treatment adherence by evaluating admission criteria, stay duration, and discharge planning, ensuring services address present concerns and client needs.

• Ensure the completion of timely reports and data submissions, maintaining accurate records of client progress and interventions.

• Provide on-call coverage as necessary during assigned hours, responding to emergent clinical needs.
