This position is a remote role, allowing for flexibility and a balanced lifestyle while serving clients across the community. The work setting involves both virtual interactions and the occasional need for on-site visits, which means the candidate should be comfortable navigating both digital tools and in-person meetings as necessary. Through our detox center, we support clients in a safe space that adheres to safety and health regulations, ensuring a conducive environment for recovery.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing major mental illness and/or severe emotional disorders, both in-office and via telehealth platforms.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, engaging in training and planning sessions to enhance collective service delivery.
\n
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop integrated care plans, establishing strategies that empower clients and meet their individual needs.
\n
• Implement brief, evidence-based interventions aimed at prevention, treatment, and recovery, while ensuring that care strategies are aligned with client desires.
\n
• Assist clients in crisis situations, entering intervention plans as required to ensure their safety and well-being.
\n
• Take responsibility for a manageable caseload and maintain a consistent schedule for individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
\n
• Monitor and document client progress diligently, ensuring timely report submissions and maintaining compliance with organizational standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to refine skills in treatment methodologies and enhance effectiveness within the role.

• Participate in committees to contribute to agency goals for quality improvement and service enhancement.

This role is designed to support clients who face significant challenges related to mental health, many of whom may come from diverse cultural backgrounds with unique traditions and beliefs. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.

• Expertise in risk assessment, crisis management, and diagnostics for the assigned populations.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with proficient organizational capabilities.

• Ability to demonstrate cultural competency and adapt treatment strategies to meet age-related or specialty needs.

Preferred Experience\n
