Alight Wellness handles all administrative aspects such as client marketing, insurance verification, credentialing, billing, and compliance audits. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual therapy sessions to a diverse clientele, primarily adults, through secure telehealth platforms.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Psychodynamic Therapy to facilitate client progress.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans accurately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

• Engage in regular supervision and team meetings to share insights, discuss client progress, and foster professional development.

• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to all ethical guidelines and legal requirements.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current active LCSW-C license valid in the State of Maryland.

• A minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience is required.

• Proficiency in therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Previous experience providing psychotherapy services to clients aged 18 and older, particularly in a virtual setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
