Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs through virtual sessions.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each individual, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in our EHR system.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to foster collaborative care and share insights with colleagues.

• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed, ensuring client safety and well-being.

• Engage in professional development activities, including attending training sessions and workshops relevant to mental health best practices.

The Alight Wellness and Rehabilitation Center serves a diverse clientele, predominantly consisting of adults over the age of 18 who are facing a range of mental health issues. Our population includes individuals from minority backgrounds as well as those who identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active LCSW license valid in the state of Texas.
\n
• A minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience is required.

• Demonstrated knowledge and application of CBT and/or Psychodynamic Therapy.
\n
• Professional malpractice insurance is necessary.
\n
• Experience in providing psychotherapy and counseling services to adults aged 18 and older.

Compensation and Benefits\n
