Work Environment\n

This position offers a remote work setting, providing flexibility while supporting client care from the comfort of your own environment. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team of professionals including clinical psychologists, addiction specialists, and healthcare providers, all committed to delivering holistic care. The working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the needs and strengths of clients, ensuring that your findings inform treatment planning effectively.

• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with clients and the multidisciplinary team, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet client goals.

• Provide psychoeducation and counseling to clients and their families, facilitating insights that support recovery and addressing concerns related to substance use.

• Maintain current knowledge of best practices and emerging trends in mental health and addiction treatment to enhance service delivery.

• Document all client interactions and progress in electronic health records (EHR) systems accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Actively participate in team meetings, case reviews, and training sessions to discuss client progress, treatment efficacy, and to share insights for ongoing improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with at our Detox Center primarily include adults dealing with substance use disorders. Many clients may present with co-occurring mental health challenges, requiring a dual-focus approach that can address both their psychological and physiological needs. Your role will directly impact their recovery and reintegration into society, as you help them navigate the complexities of their situations.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work (BSW) is required; a Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) is preferred.

• Current and valid LCSW licensure in the state of Virginia is mandatory.

• Proficient in performing clinical assessments, treatment planning, and delivering therapeutic interventions.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with a diverse team.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
