Our operating hours are flexible, offering shifts such as 4x10 or 5x8 schedules between 8 am to 7 pm, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality psychotherapy and counseling services tailored to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Conduct thorough client interviews to collect and assess vital social, personal, environmental, and health-related information.
\n
• Evaluate and diagnose mental health conditions, developing and implementing treatment plans that align with clinical standards.
\n
• Coordinate and facilitate programs and activities designed to meet the emotional and social needs of clients effectively.
\n
• Manage crisis scenarios by employing short-term resolution strategies and appropriate community referrals.
\n
• Establish and nurture therapeutic alliances founded on mutual respect, trust, and acceptance.
\n
• Regularly assess the effectiveness of treatment services provided, adjusting modalities as needed to optimize client outcomes.

• Document all client interactions and treatment provided in adherence to clinic protocols and state regulations.

• Maintain an organized caseload while ensuring timely and precise updates to client records.

• Deliver individual clinical counseling, and assume additional duties as assigned to support clinic operations.

Our clientele includes individuals dealing with depression, mood disorders, alcohol and drug dependency, as well as family and marital counseling, grief, and loss. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Current LCSW licensure issued by the state of Virginia is necessary to practice.
