Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality, client-centered therapy via virtual platforms such as video conferencing, phone sessions, and online messaging.

• Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 clients, ensuring availability for regular sessions and effective follow-ups.

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document client progress in an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure comprehensive care and continuity of services.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client care strategies, treatment efficacy, and professional development.

• Adhere to all state laws, professional ethical guidelines, and organizational policies in delivering therapy services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice focuses primarily on adult mental health care, serving a diverse clientele that includes individuals from various backgrounds and demographics. Effective communication and cultural competency are essential, particularly as we strive to support minority and marginalized populations. The ideal candidate will have experience or training related to the unique needs of clients aged 18 and older, which is crucial for fostering healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• Current and active LCSW license to practice in the state of Illinois.

• Minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience is preferred.

• A solid understanding and practice of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community is beneficial, although not a prerequisite.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer:
