Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver weekly evidence-based care through synchronous video therapy sessions, focusing on adult clients grappling with a variety of emotional disorders such as depression and anxiety.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care providers to ensure a comprehensive treatment plan that aligns with client needs.

• Utilize self-assessment tools and progress measures to monitor client symptoms and adjust treatment plans as needed, ensuring each client receives tailored support.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation through our user-friendly therapist portal, streamlining workflow and allowing for efficient patient record management.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will provide support to a diverse adult patient population experiencing a wide range of mental health issues. This role requires a commitment to cultural responsiveness and the ability to empathize with clients from varying backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Active LCSW license in the state of California is required.
