Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate needs, skills, and behaviors through detailed interviews and direct observation.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions addressing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, and chronic pain.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions to promote recovery and personal development.

• Engage in case management practices, coordinating care with other health professionals to ensure comprehensive support for patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is working with adults suffering from severe mental illness, including but not limited to those facing substance abuse issues, trauma histories, and chronic emotional challenges. You will adopt a patient-centered approach, tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs and backgrounds of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) with a valid and active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
