Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments for patients presenting mental health, substance abuse, and medical concerns in the primary care setting, ensuring culturally appropriate practices.

• Deliver a range of behavioral health services, including individual therapy and family counseling, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Document all clinical findings and treatment plans electronically, ensuring accurate progress notes, mental health evaluations, and suicide risk assessments are maintained to track patient progress effectively.

Qualifications\n
