Staff will utilize virtual platforms and digital tools to conduct assessments, therapy sessions, and communication with team members and clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical services to clients by carrying out assessments, individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans tailored to each client’s specific goals and needs.
\n
• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and coordinate more detailed assessments when necessary.

• Maintain a case load, ensuring that treatment services focus on clients' presenting problems and requests.
\n
• Engage in crisis intervention efforts when necessary, offering immediate support during challenging situations.
\n
• Monitor and manage client progress through continuous evaluation of treatment effectiveness and adherence to discharge criteria.

• Participate actively in team meetings and collaborative care discussions to enhance team objectives and improve patient outcomes.

• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational standards, promoting a safe environment for both clients and co-workers.

• Complete required documentation, including timely reports and submissions of data related to client care and outcomes.

• Be available for on-call coverage during and after program hours as assigned to support client emergencies and urgent needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will work primarily with clients experiencing significant mental health challenges, such as major depression, anxiety disorders, and other severe emotional disturbances. You will engage with a diverse population spanning various cultures, beliefs, and socio-economic backgrounds, necessitating cultural competence and sensitivity.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
