Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and resources, ensuring a holistic approach to their care.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with clearly defined goals and tailored interventions, regularly reviewing and adjusting them based on client progress.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide coordinated care that addresses clients' needs effectively.

• Offer crisis intervention and risk assessments, designing safety plans that empower clients in times of distress.
\n
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes to comply with legal and ethical standards.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups that foster peer connections and community support.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
