Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive mental health assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients based on their individual needs.

• Conduct evidence-based therapeutic interventions both individually and in group settings, aimed at addressing mental health issues and promoting recovery.

• Ensure the safety and well-being of clients by identifying and mitigating risks, reporting unsafe situations, and adhering to ethical guidelines and codes of conduct.

• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care and integrate services effectively, supporting the holistic health of each client.

• Monitor client progress continuously, conducting regular evaluations and adjusting treatment plans to reflect changing needs.

• Assist in crisis intervention efforts, employing de-escalation techniques and coordinating with other professionals as necessary.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation of client interactions and submit timely reports as part of our quality improvement initiatives.

• Engage in on-call duties after hours as required to provide ongoing support and availability to clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program is required.

• Current and valid LCSW licensure in Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and generous paid time off.
