Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to comprehensively understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing empirically supported treatment methods.

• Implement specific therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that include measurable goals and evidence-based interventions, continuously evaluating progress and modifying as necessary.

• Collaborate actively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other clinical staff to ensure coordinated and holistic care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning to clients in urgent situations.
\n
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups that encourage peer interaction and healing.

• Maintain meticulous and timely client documentation, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards to ensure compliance and quality care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on school-aged clients who seek mental health support. This will include working with children and adolescents facing various emotional and behavioral challenges. Your expertise will play a vital role in helping these young individuals, alongside their families, navigate through their mental health journeys, fostering resilience and coping strategies essential for their development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a keen ability to conduct assessments and foster therapeutic relationships.

Compensation and Benefits\n
