Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive counseling and therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client, ensuring an individualized approach to treatment.

• Perform initial assessments to identify mental health concerns and develop actionable treatment plans that align with clients’ goals.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, including treatment progress notes and client communications.

• Provide ongoing support and care for clients with mental health diagnoses and substance use disorders, fostering a safe and therapeutic environment.

• Participate actively in staff meetings and professional development sessions, contributing insights and suggestions aimed at enhancing team dynamics and service delivery.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, sharing knowledge and expertise to deliver a comprehensive range of mental health services to clients.

• Utilize appropriate therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices to achieve optimal client outcomes.

This position serves a diverse client population, including individuals facing various emotional, behavioral, and psychosocial challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited program is required.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing social work or counseling services in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
