Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for new and existing clients, focusing on their mental health and emotional wellbeing.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy, tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Facilitate individual virtual therapy sessions, ensuring a supportive and confidential environment.
\n
• Support clients in setting and achieving personal goals related to their mental health.
\n
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records within our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Participate in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and share best practices.

• Engage in outreach and networking efforts to expand services and increase community awareness about mental health resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clientele you will work with primarily consists of adults aged 18 and older, including individuals from various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds. Our practice is dedicated to supporting diverse populations, and we particularly welcome experience in working with the LGBTQIA+ community and men's mental health issues. Your insights and cultural competence will be valuable in providing holistic and personalized care.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Must hold an active LCSW-C license valid in the state of Maryland.

• A minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience is required.

• Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience with CBT and/or Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Ability to provide psychotherapy to clients aged 18 and older.
\n
• Possess current professional malpractice insurance.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with LGBTQIA+ populations is advantageous but not required.

• Familiarity with men's mental health issues preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
