Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate the mental health of students, identifying their emotional concerns, strengths, and resources.

• Provide individualized, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to the unique needs of school-aged clients.

• Utilize therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to address various mental health issues.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, setting specific goals and interventions to track student progress.

• Collaborate with educators, school psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure an integrated approach to each student's care.

• Facilitate crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and create safety plans to support students in acute situations.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions in compliance with ethical and legal standards to ensure the highest quality of care.

• Conduct group therapy sessions and lead psychoeducation workshops that empower students and their families with relevant coping strategies and skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary clientele for this position will be students ranging from elementary to high school. You will work closely with children and adolescents facing diverse mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, and includes a competitive benefits package.
