Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients, leveraging the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders as a framework for identifying mental health issues and developing individualized care plans.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate effective interventions and continuously monitor and adjust treatment plans to reflect each patient’s evolving needs and progress.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment records and clinical information in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational protocols.

• Collaborate with patients and their families to co-create detailed treatment plans that encompass cultural considerations and align with their specific needs and desired outcomes.

• Identify and mitigate potential risks to patient safety through ongoing assessment and intervention strategies, ensuring the continuity of quality mental health care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, accompanied by a signing bonus for eligible candidates.
