Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality psychotherapy and counseling services tailored to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments through interviews, enabling you to analyze social, personal, environmental, and health-related factors.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on addressing the needs of individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, substance abuse disorders, and relational conflicts. You will empower clients from various backgrounds to achieve their personal growth and mental wellness goals while fostering a supportive and inclusive treatment atmosphere.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active LCSW license in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in clinical social work or a closely related field.

• Prior experience providing counseling services for a variety of behavioral health issues, including but not limited to mood disorders, substance abuse, family dynamics, and grief.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We recognize the value of our clinical staff and offer a competitive yearly salary ranging from $85,000 to $104,000. The position is also eligible for a sign-on bonus, enhancing your overall compensation package.
