Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Voice Counseling, you will:

• Engage directly with clients to assess their mental health and emotional needs, utilizing evidenced-based screening and assessment tools to identify coping mechanisms and treatment paths.

• Collaborate with other health professionals to create and implement individualized care plans that incorporate integrated service delivery and facilitate seamless communication among all parties involved, including family members.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy tailored to the unique needs of clients, ensuring that therapy sessions remain focused on the client’s presenting issues and preferences.

• Monitor treatment efficacy through consistent follow-ups and adjustments as necessary, maintaining accurate and timely documentation and reporting.

• Facilitate crisis intervention efforts when required, demonstrating strong risk assessment and crisis management capabilities.

• Participate actively in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings to foster a culture of collaboration and reliability.

Your work will primarily focus on individuals facing significant mental health challenges, including those experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

• A valid and unrestricted license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
