Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status, utilizing established diagnostic tools, including the DSM-5, to develop individualized care plans that reflect cultural diversity and address specific needs.

• Swiftly identify, plan, and implement therapeutic interventions based on ongoing assessments of the patient's progress and well-being, ensuring alignment with the mental health diagnosis.

• Maintain and document treatment records timely and accurately through current technologies, adhering to regulatory requirements and department protocols.

• Collaborate closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to devise comprehensive treatment plans that encompass desired patient outcomes, integrating feedback from all relevant stakeholders.

• Coordinate referrals and serve as a vital link between patients and external treatment providers, fostering collaborative relationships with clinicians and support agencies to enhance patient access to care.
