Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including diagnosing mental health conditions when applicable, to evaluate each patient’s status and the effectiveness of current mental health care interventions.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on cultural diversity and the specific needs of the patient population, utilizing appropriate tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.

• Monitor and assess patient progress continuously, providing necessary interventions and strategies to support ongoing mental health diagnoses.

• Maintain accurate and timely treatment records, reports, and clinical information using the latest technology in accordance with regulatory standards and departmental procedures.

• Collaborate with patients and their families to establish comprehensive treatment plans that align with desired outcomes and care goals, ensuring a focus on patient safety and symptom management.

• Serve as a liaison between patients and treatment providers, coordinating referrals while building effective working relationships with other clinicians and agencies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, which is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
