Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnoses where necessary, using established tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders to develop individualized care plans tailored to the cultural and social needs of our diverse patient population.

• Document all treatment records, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant submission in accordance with departmental standards and regulatory guidelines using current technology.

• Coordinate referral options to ensure seamless transitions between treatment providers and maintain robust relationships with other clinicians and referral agencies.
