Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and discharge summaries, in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care and treatment approaches alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers.
