Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality individual and couples therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client, maintaining a focus on evidence-based practices.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress notes, adhering to privacy regulations.

• Schedule and manage ongoing appointments, ensuring an organized calendar to foster effective client engagement.

• Collaborate with other therapy professionals within the practice to discuss complex cases and share insights, ultimately enhancing client care.

• Participate in continuous professional development activities to further enhance therapeutic skills and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will engage with a diverse range of clients, including individuals and couples representing various age groups and backgrounds. Our organizational focus is on providing empathetic support as clients navigate significant life challenges, particularly in a hospice setting where sensitivity and compassion are critical. The successful candidate will help clients process emotional distress, support their families, and work toward finding peace during difficult transitions.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology is required.

• Current LCSW license to practice independently in the state of Texas.

• Exceptional professionalism, therapeutic boundaries, cultural competency, and effective organizational skills are essential.

• Self-motivated and capable of managing a diverse caseload with varying needs and clinical presentations.

• Availability to work a full-time schedule, encompassing a minimum of 20-25 hours weekly, including two evenings per week.

• Behavioral health therapy experience within a hospice or end-of-life context is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this role is competitive, ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, a sign-on bonus is also available. As a W2 employee, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including:
