Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide professional individual and couples therapy tailored to clients across various age ranges.

• Effectively use a billing service to manage claims, handle client and insurance accounts, and carry out benefit and eligibility checks.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation and notes in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with all best practice guidelines.
\n
• Schedule ongoing appointments while managing a personalized calendar to accommodate clients' needs.
\n
• Demonstrate the ability to work with diverse clinical presentations, adapting therapeutic approaches as needed to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients range from young children to adults, each presenting with a variety of mental health challenges. As a member of our team, you will engage with individuals and couples facing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and more. Your role will be pivotal in guiding clients towards personal growth and improved mental wellness, utilizing evidence-based therapy techniques to support their journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology is required.

• Must possess a current and valid LCSW license to practice independently.

• Professionalism, strong therapeutic boundaries, cultural competency, and excellent organizational skills are essential for this role.

• Must be self-motivated and able to manage a flexible work schedule effectively.

• Availability to work a minimum of 20-25 hours per week, including at least two evenings.

• Experience working in a similar clinical setting and familiarity with EMR systems is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
