Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments that delve into clients’ emotional and psychological history, enabling the development of personalized, effective treatment plans.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions—such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT)—to drive positive client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and confidential case records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, continuously updating files as needed to reflect ongoing assessments and progress notes.

• Work closely with a dedicated multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and nurse practitioners, to coordinate care and ensure a holistic approach to treatment.
