Patchwork Mental Health Clinic is seeking a Full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dedicated team. This remote position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 104,000 per year, along with a sign-on bonus. Our LCSWs play a vital role in providing compassionate and effective mental health services to our clients, with flexible work schedules available, including options for 4x10 or 5x8 shifts, during the operational hours of 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy for clients, delivering evidence-based treatment tailored to their unique needs.
\n
• Conduct comprehensive interviews to gather insights regarding clients’ social, personal, environmental, and health backgrounds while fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.

• Evaluate clients’ mental health conditions, developing and implementing treatment plans that may include a range of therapeutic modalities.
\n
• Coordinate activities and programs that address the social and emotional needs of your clients, promoting engagement and connection.
\n
• Facilitate crisis intervention strategies and connect clients with appropriate community resources when necessary.
\n
• Maintain ongoing evaluations of treatment effectiveness and document all client interactions and progress in accordance with established protocols.
\n
• Ensure an organized caseload, with regular updates and documentation reflective of the services provided.
\n
• Offer counseling support in areas including, but not limited to, depression, mood disorders, substance abuse issues, and family or relationship concerns.

• Participate in team meetings to collaborate with colleagues on best practices and approaches in treatment.
\n
• Embrace additional responsibilities as assigned to further enhance overall departmental effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, and families facing various mental health challenges. The focus will be on providing therapeutic support for conditions such as anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and interpersonal issues.Your work will directly impact clients' overall well-being and facilitate access to the mental health resources they need to thrive.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the state of Pennsylvania.
\n
• Minimum of four years of relevant experience in social work or a closely related area.
\n
• Prior experience in counseling, particularly in addressing behavioral health concerns such as mood disorders, addiction, and family therapy, is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in educational settings, specifically within school systems, is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with telehealth practices and technology will be advantageous.
\n
• Training or certifications in specialized therapeutic methods or modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT) are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary between USD 85,000 and 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This role is eligible for a sign-on bonus, enhancing your initial compensation package.
