Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of student needs, incorporating clinical interviews and standardized tools.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, setting achievable goals that promote positive change.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused techniques, to facilitate client progress.

• Maintain complete and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of professionals, including teachers, school counselors, and community resources to create a holistic approach to student wellness.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training to stay current with best practices in social work and mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily work with children and adolescents in a school setting, addressing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
