Key Responsibilities\n

• Plan, coordinate, manage, and implement personalized support packages for students dealing with mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and related issues.

• Conduct in-depth interviews with service users to assess their current psychological and emotional status, as well as their strengths and areas for improvement.

• Develop tailored, measurable goals for each case and review them regularly to ensure that the treatment plan meets evolving needs.

• Monitor clients' progress, conducting evaluations to determine the effectiveness of the intervention, and adapt treatment plans as necessary.

• Provide expert recommendations and guidance during counseling sessions, empowering clients with knowledge regarding their options.

• Maintain precise documentation of client interactions, progress, and status, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Participate in case conferences with multidisciplinary teams, bringing insights that contribute to comprehensive care plans for students.

• Serve as a key-contact person for individual cases, facilitating smooth communication between clients, families, and educational professionals.

• Identify and refer clients to community resources and services that may assist them in their recovery and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• Hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW), Psychology, or Sociology.

• Possess a current license to practice as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
