Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to students, ensuring that appointments are conducted in a timely and respectful manner.

• Adhere strictly to legal and ethical standards as mandated by regulatory bodies, ensuring all treatment plans are compliant and in the best interest of the client.

• Maintain thorough and complete documentation for all sessions, with a turnaround time of no longer than 72 hours post-appointment. Documentation will conform to professional standards and best practices.

• Engage with support staff to optimize scheduling and ensure consistent availability for clients seeking help.

• Utilize proven assessment techniques, including psychosocial histories and suicide risk assessments, to develop individualized treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents, addressing a spectrum of mental health challenges from anxiety and depression to behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
