Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual psychosocial assessments of students and families to identify strengths, challenges, and mental health needs.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, ensuring they are tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Facilitate virtual individual and group therapy sessions to address a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and social skills deficits.

• Coordinate with educators, school counselors, and other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to client care, emphasizing integrated support.

• Advocate for clients' rights to access necessary resources, including educational accommodations and community support services.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions, progress, and outcomes using electronic health record systems, adhering strictly to regulatory standards.

• Engage in regular team meetings, case discussions, and continued education opportunities for ongoing professional development and enhancement of your clinical skills.

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents, providing support to those facing various academic, social, and emotional challenges. You will work with diverse populations, requiring you to adjust your approaches and techniques to meet individual needs and cultural backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington state.

• At least two years of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in a school or educational setting.

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and crafting effective treatment plans.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients, families, and educational staff.

• A strong commitment to ethical practice and cultural competence.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in school environments, familiar with the educational systems' protocols and challenges.

• Knowledge or certification in evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

• Experience dealing with a wide array of mental health issues, particularly those relevant to adolescents.

Compensation and Benefits\n
