Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with assigned clients, primarily students, who present with symptoms of major mental illness or severe emotional disturbances, utilizing teletherapy techniques and strategies.

• Provide focused prevention, treatment, and recovery services, including individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and stabilization support.

• Employ a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's specific needs, while addressing high-risk and complex cases.

• Foster strong relationships with internal colleagues, external providers, and educational staff, promoting a collaborative approach to student mental health.

• Guide decision-making processes through an array of treatment options, ensuring that clients receive personalized care that aligns with their goals and circumstances.

The ideal candidate will work primarily with students from diverse backgrounds, addressing a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
