Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and resources, integrating information into actionable treatment plans.

• Offer individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to address a variety of mental health disorders.

• Develop, implement, and continuously revise individualized treatment plans with set goals and strategies in collaboration with clients and other professionals.

• Engage with team members including psychiatrists and psychologists to coordinate comprehensive, client-centered treatment approaches.

• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning to ensure the well-being of clients during challenging times.

• Facilitate productive group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes that empower clients with coping skills and emotional regulation techniques.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation that fulfills ethical and legal standards, ensuring integrity in client records and treatment histories.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
