Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will engage in a variety of essential tasks including:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans utilizing best practices and solution-focused interventions.

• Administering therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences.

• Maintaining meticulous clinical records to ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and uphold the highest ethical standards in practice.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate care and enhance treatment outcomes for patients.

• Participating in regular team meetings and case consultations to discuss treatment progress and strategies, fostering a collaborative approach to care.

• Providing education and support to clients and their families about mental health issues, ensuring they have access to available resources and treatment options.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a diverse population of students and their families, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns from anxiety and depression to behavioral challenges. Your role will include ensuring that students feel safe, understood, and empowered to overcome obstacles to their success. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

• At least 3 years of direct clinical experience, particularly in providing psychotherapy services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
