Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Empower Mind Wellness Hub, you will take on a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify the mental health needs of students and their families. You will develop individualized treatment plans that employ solution-based interventions tailored to the specific challenges faced by each client.

• Providing various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices. You will adapt therapeutic approaches to ensure that clients receive the most effective care based on their unique circumstances.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and relevant regulations, ensuring that patient information is documented meticulously and timely.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, educational staff, and other mental health practitioners to ensure a comprehensive approach to each patient’s care.

• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to promote professional development and enhance the quality of care provided.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
