Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCSW, you will engage with the patient population by:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand the individual needs of students and developing personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based approaches.

• Implementing various therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), helping students cultivate coping strategies and resilience.

• Maintaining accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, a critical aspect to uphold the confidentiality and trust necessary in our field.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team, participating in case consultations to ensure integrated and holistic care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year , commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
