Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCSW, you will have the opportunity to perform a variety of critical tasks, including:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of students.

• Developing individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Executing therapeutic interventions that are tailored specifically to the unique circumstances and preferences of each student.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and compliance.

• Engaging in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, which includes teachers, educational administrators, and other mental health professionals.

• Participating in case consultations to continually refine and enhance the quality of care provided to each student.

• Offering educational resources and support to families, empowering them with information about mental health resources and treatment options.

• Keeping abreast of the latest developments in mental health research and applying this knowledge to improve therapeutic outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on children and adolescents within educational settings, addressing a range of mental health issues that may affect their academic performance and social interactions. You will play a crucial role in helping students navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics, fostering resilience and emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Valid LCSW license in the state of Tennessee.
\n
• Minimum of three years of experience providing psychotherapy services in a clinical setting.

• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-based therapeutic practices and interventions.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients and families.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, enabling confident navigation of complex emotional situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
