Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Interacting directly with clients through telehealth services or in-person sessions, assessing their needs, and devising personalized treatment plans.

• Conducting thorough psychological assessments and creating evidence-based, integrated care plans tailored to each student’s requirements.
\n
• Engaging in crisis intervention strategies to support students in immediate distress and ensuring their safety and well-being.
\n
• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions focusing on social skills development and coping mechanisms.
\n
• Building and maintaining trust with students, their families, and educational staff to encourage open communication and collaboration around mental health needs.
\n
• Monitoring client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and ensuring that documentation and reporting are completed in a timely manner.

• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client cases and enhance care coordination.
\n
• Evaluating and improving service delivery outcomes by contributing to quality improvement initiatives within the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role is dedicated to supporting children and adolescents within the school system who are grappling with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and behavioral concerns. You will be instrumental in fostering resilience and promoting mental wellness among students who often have limited access to mental health resources.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• Strong proficiency in assessment and treatment methodologies pertinent to populations experiencing mental health difficulties.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing for effective interaction with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within diverse and multicultural environments.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Voice Counseling and Life Skills Consultation Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
