Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Embrace Shift Wellness, your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of therapeutic activities. You will:

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions aimed at providing comprehensive care tailored to the unique needs of clients.

• Address a variety of family dynamics and relationship challenges, including issues related to alcohol abuse, grief and loss, conflicts among family members, job stress, and adjustment to separation or divorce.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques to facilitate healing and personal growth.

• Monitor progress and adjust therapeutic interventions based on client feedback and evolving needs.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and to ensure that clients receive comprehensive support for their mental, emotional, and physical health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will focus on individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds in Atlanta, Georgia, and surrounding areas. You will work closely with adults, children, and adolescents, addressing their unique struggles and needs. Your expertise will be paramount in fostering communication, understanding, and resolution of conflicts within families, aiding them through transitions, and navigating personal and relational issues.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid, active License in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) within the state of Georgia.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
