Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and couples therapy sessions to help clients navigate their challenges and improve relationships.

• Assessing and diagnosing psychological issues related to areas such as alcohol abuse, physical/psychological trauma, and grief/loss.
\n
• Facilitating family therapy to address systemic issues that impact family dynamics, including conflicts among family members and blended family situations.

• Implementing therapeutic interventions to assist clients in coping with job stress, medical challenges, and difficulties in communication.

• Developing tailored treatment plans and adjusting them as needed based on client progress and feedback.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in accordance with the organization’s policies and ethical guidelines.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals when necessary to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with couples, individuals, and families from diverse backgrounds, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
