Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT at Embrace Shift Wellness, you will:

• Conduct initial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate therapy sessions with couples, ensuring a holistic approach that addresses each partner's concerns while fostering mutual understanding.

• Work with family groups to tackle complex issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, communication difficulties, and adjustment to separation or divorce.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methodologies tailored to meet the diverse and dynamic needs of all family members.
\n
• Document patient progress and treatment efficacy, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure the best outcomes.

• Maintain compliance with professional standards and uphold ethical practices in every interaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with various demographics, including adults, children, and adolescents. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, often facing challenges such as family conflicts, psychological distress, and marital issues. Your expertise will be crucial in providing them with the tools needed to navigate their circumstances and heal effectively.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Arizona.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
