Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Wellspring Shift Wellness, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand the needs of individuals, couples, and families.

• Provide evidence-based interventions and therapeutic support to clients, addressing issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, conflicts among family members, and communication difficulties.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions, using your expertise to comprehend family dynamics and promote healing.

• Work collaboratively with clients, guiding them through personalized treatment plans based on their specific circumstances.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and treatment plans in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to stay abreast of best practices in behavioral health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on a diverse patient population, including adults and children/adolescents. You will provide therapy for families facing challenges such as separation, blended family dynamics, job stress, and adjustment to medical issues. Qualifications\n

To be a successful applicant, you must possess the following qualifications:
