Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Wellspring Shift Wellness, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and treatment goals.

• Providing individual, couples, and family therapy sessions that focus on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and fostering relationship dynamics.

• Specializing in various areas, including but not limited to alcohol abuse, psychological and physical abuse, grief and loss, blended families, and conflicts among family members.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques to guide your clients toward sustainable improvements in mental health.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to create cohesive treatment plans that address the broader needs of patients.

• Maintaining appropriate documentation for client records and adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Participating in ongoing professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will cater to a diverse client base, working closely with individuals, couples, and families experiencing a broad range of emotional and psychological challenges.
