Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and couples therapy to adolescents (ages 13+) and adults using evidence-based practices such as psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and emotionally focused therapy.

• Lead weekly sessions via secure video conferencing to address clients' emotional disorders, tailoring each session to meet individual needs.

• Develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing assessments, utilizing automated symptom self-assessments and functional improvement measures to monitor progress effectively.

• Maintain comprehensive, timely clinical documentation utilizing a user-friendly digital therapist portal designed to streamline your administrative responsibilities.

• Engage in regular consultation and support with our Therapy Leadership Team, ensuring you have the resources necessary to deliver effective care.

• Adhere strictly to HIPAA regulations and best practices to protect client confidentiality and health information.
