Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental and emotional health to identify their needs and establish therapeutic goals.

• Develop tailored treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations and consultations with clients.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions addressing various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and behavioral concerns.

• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and case histories, in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary to ensure clients in acute distress receive immediate support.

• Stay informed on the latest research and best practices in marriage and family therapy, participating in professional development opportunities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field is required.

• An active and valid state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
