Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via live video technology, delivering personalized care to adults experiencing emotional disorders.

• Work closely with Brightside psychiatric providers to ensure a comprehensive and collaborative treatment plan for your clients.
\n
• Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessments, along with functional improvement measures, to monitor treatment progress and adjust plans as needed.
\n
• Create thorough client assessments and treatment plans, and manage timely clinical documentation through our user-friendly therapist portal.
\n
• Receive support and consultations from our Therapy Leadership Team when additional guidance is needed to enhance client care.
\n
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and strict confidentiality protocols to safeguard client health information.
\n
• Engage in clinical discussions and peer consultations within our growing therapist community to enhance therapeutic approaches.
\n
• Maintain a commitment to measurement-based care to ensure that treatment outcomes are effectively tracked and optimized.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, including individuals aged 13 years and older, and couples seeking relationship therapy. This role allows you to work with clients from various cultural backgrounds, requiring strong interpersonal skills and an ability to establish rapport with people facing different life challenges. By providing expert therapeutic interventions, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients achieve their personal mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work or a related field is required.

• Current, active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
