Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage actively in a multi-disciplinary team approach, collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to devise and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to address various relational and mental health challenges.

• Conduct thorough initial evaluations and ongoing assessments to effectively track client progress, adjust treatment plans, and monitor any barriers to recovery.

• Develop customized, goal-oriented treatment plans based on client needs, ensuring continuous follow-up to adapt approaches where necessary.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, documenting therapy sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes that align with best practices and legal requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes individuals struggling with substance abuse issues and co-occurring mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid and unrestricted license as a Marriage and Family Therapist with no suspensions or probationary measures in place.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
