Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on patients experiencing diverse and complex mental health needs, particularly those struggling with co-occurring conditions. Your role is vital in helping them navigate their challenges through effective therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Psychologist in Washington state.

• Demonstrated experience addressing mental health needs of individuals with complex, co-occurring medical conditions.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to establish rapport with patients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
